At St Timothy, we stress grace and wholeness. On this page, you will find links to our pages that emphasize a physical health. These would include exercise classes, healthy eating, and other physical ways of becoming whole.
Yoga– taught by one of our members. This is a yoga for almost all ages that emphasizes a Christian based approach.
Couch to 5K– taught by our pastor. This is a program designed to get up off the couch and to start running!
Healthy Eating Leads to Healthy Living– This a course taught by a Sandra Cole a registered nurse. It is a Biblically based approach to healthy eating. This course is offered by an outside group and is not connected to the church itself.
